Climate Law

Abstract

Climate Law was established in 2010 with the aim of publishing peer-reviewed articles on topics related to the emerging field of climate change law at the international, regional, domestic, and local levels. The journal recognizes the multifaceted nature of climate change law and actively welcomes contributions from all levels of legal and policy engagement, including transnational approaches and private governance.
